GOVERNING LAW; JURISDICTION This Privacy Policy will be governed by the laws of the relevant country in which your Personal Information is first registered with Getmoretracks. For the avoidance of doubt, the relevant Applicable Territory may only include those countries in which Getmoretracks operates the Websites/Apps as the case may be. The exclusive jurisdiction for any claim, action, or dispute with Getmoretracks under this Privacy Policy will be in the appropriate courts of the Applicable Territory. REFUND POLICY Getmoretracks provides a package tracking service for its customers. All subscription plans include 1-month access and differ only in the number of tracks. There shall be no refunds for tracking numbers left from the package when access expires. Getmoretracks doesn’t keep your payment data and doesn’t automatically renew your subscription, so all payments are done manually by entering your card details. There are 2 ways for making payments in our service: By choosing a plan and clicking “Credit or debit card”. By topping up a balance that can be used to purchase a plan. Before making a payment make sure that you logged in to the account for which you need to make a payment. If you mistakenly make a payment for another account, it can be refunded only in case no tracks have been used, in all other cases, there shall be no refunds. Payment can be fully refunded if a package has been just purchased and no tracks have been used yet. If it was made to top up the balance on getmoretracks.com and was not used to buy a package. If after purchase you got to know that tracking service is not provided for the desired country and you haven’t used any tracking numbers from the package. We reserve our right to refuse to make a refund if you already used tracks or after your access expired. However, we will consider every case and resolve any issue. Please, note that the carrier is responsible for changes in delivery time and for delivery speed. We don’t have any influence on the delivery date. There can be much fewer tracking numbers during weekends or official holidays. It can’t be a reason for a refund. A partial refund is applied for some specific cases and discussed individually.
